"I cannot tell you how thankful I am for State Farm and Angie with State Farm. First off they got my workers comp coverage done for me instantly. The other company I tried to use gave me the run around for a month before I finally went with State Farm. And then the other company kept billing me even though they did not have the authorization from me to move forward with the policy. I told them "do not cover me, I went with State Farm." The agent there was impossible to get ahold of we tried for MONTHS. Today I get a bill for 2,777 from this company and a certified letter (they were about to send it to collections.) They said I was failing to pay my policy. The policy they were not even supposed to push through. Well I decided to try the company that was covering me, the company that I authorized for my workers comp policy (State Farm) to see if they could help and Angie got this resolved for me in 30 minutes tops. She contacted the company and boom my 4 month problem was taken care of. I have used State Farm for years, since I was 18, but they have 100% gotten a forever customer."

"With all the high winds we’ve had in SE Pennsylvania I was concerned about property damage. I try to stay ahead of things by having the older trees trimmed and harvested when they pose a possibility of damage to my buildings… everything was good until it wasn’t. The latest windstorm hit with very fierce high winds… a younger tree fell and hit my storage/woodshed building. I’m a pretty handy fella, but I knew it was beyond my ability it repair it. I called Randy’s office and explained things. The secretary, Wendy, told me Randy was out of the office but Samual would handle everything. He did, and he was effective. Between him and Wendy, they guided me through getting pictures and estimates for everything. I had thought with Randy being out of the office, this would take weeks.In less than a week after I had turned everything in, Samual had called and told me he has my check. Everyone on TV is telling you about how expensive Insurance is and how the Insurance agent is unnecessary… let me tell you, I sure felt safe knowing that knowing that the Randy Eshelman State Farm Team was taking care of my family."
